You cannot think of an easier way to make a healthy and fun snack at home. You can use your favorite nut butter and toppings. Be creative and healthy always! Healthy Banana Sushi is a great snack for kids and adults.

Ingredients:
  • Banana
  • Peanut butter or any nut butter
  • Crispy rice cereal
Directions:
  1. Spread a banana with peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter), slice into bite size pieces, roll in rice cereal or your favorite topping.
  2. Try it with almond butter, hazelnut spread and granola.
  3. Serve right away and enjoy!
